At Arman’s, we take pride in delivering quality with care. However, in the rare case of an issue, we offer exchange only under the following conditions:
Exchange Eligibility
Only eligible if:
- You receive a damaged item.
- You receive the wrong size than what you ordered.
- Requests must be made within 24 hours of receiving the order.
- Video proof of unboxing is mandatory (from package opening to showing the issue clearly).
No Returns or Refunds
- We do not offer returns, refunds, or size exchanges due to change of mind.
- Sale items and customized stitched pieces are non-exchangeable unless received damaged.
How to Request an Exchange
- Record an unboxing video (full length, clearly showing the issue).
- Send it within 24 hours to our WhatsApp or email with your order number.
- Our team will review and guide you through the exchange process.
Note: Customer is responsible for sending the product back in its original condition. We do not offer reverse pickups.
